Driftlss Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates websites and digital services for therapy practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information through our websites, contact forms, and advertising platforms:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Business or practice information
  • Messages submitted through contact forms
  • Information provided through Meta (Facebook) Lead Ad forms, including responses to custom questions
  • Usage data such as pages visited and interactions with website features

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested services
  • Manage leads and client relationships through our CRM systems
  • Send relevant communications about our services
  • Improve our websites and services
  • Fulfill advertising and marketing purposes on behalf of our clients

Google User Data & API Services

Clients can optionally connect their own Google account to the Driftlss portal at dashboard.driftlss.com via Google OAuth. Connecting is user-initiated, and you may disconnect or revoke access at any time. When you connect a Google account, Driftlss may access the following Google data, solely to provide the feature you enabled:

  • Gmail — we read your email (gmail.readonly) and send email on your behalf (gmail.send) so you can manage your inbox and communications inside the portal.
  • Google Calendar — read-only access (calendar.events.readonly) to display your events in the portal Schedule view. We never create, edit, or delete calendar events.
  • Google Ads — we read your connected Google Ads account’s performance and reporting data to display advertising analytics in the portal.
  • Account email and profile — used only to identify the connected Google account.

This Google data is accessed only to provide the connected feature. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising purposes. You can disconnect from the portal or revoke Driftlss’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Driftlss’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Connected Accounts (Meta & Stripe)

Clients may also optionally connect their own third-party accounts to the portal. These connections are user-initiated, use your own accounts, are governed by each provider’s own terms, and can be revoked at any time.

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — you connect your own Meta account so we can manage your ad campaigns, retrieve Lead Ad form submissions, and publish posts on your behalf.
  • Stripe — you connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect to process your customers’ payments and generate invoices. Driftlss does not store full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles payment data directly.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Our clients (the businesses whose websites and operations we build and manage) to fulfill service inquiries
  • Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the service and may process personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers, messages, and call recordings or transcripts: Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), Twilio (SMS and voice calls), Retell AI (inbound AI phone calls), ElevenLabs (outbound AI voice calls), and MapTiler (map rendering)
  • Advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook) for lead generation on behalf of our clients

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us at admin@driftlss.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Cookies

Our websites may use essential cookies for functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on our own sites. Third-party services integrated into our sites may set their own cookies.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
