Both are important — SEO drives traffic today, and GEO/AEO positions you for where search is heading. We recommend most businesses start with SEO and add GEO/AEO as a complement.

Most AI systems — chatbots, phone bots, and workflow automations — are live within 1-2 weeks. Full website builds typically take 2-4 weeks depending on scope. More complex implementations with multiple integrations may take up to 4-6 weeks. We'll give you a clear, realistic timeline during onboarding so you know exactly what to expect.

Most clients start with 2-3 services bundled together at a package rate. We'll give you a clear, transparent quote after our initial consultation — no surprises, no hidden fees.
We use a simple service agreement that outlines the scope of work and expectations, but we don't lock you into long-term contracts. Our monthly retainers continue because clients want to keep working with us, not because they're locked in. We believe in earning your business every month through results.
Yes. We don't believe in trapping clients with long-term commitments. If you want to pause or cancel your retainer, just let us know. We're confident that once you see the results, you won't want to — but the choice is always yours.
You get direct access to our team — not a support ticket queue. We respond to all support requests within the same business day. Beyond reactive support, we proactively monitor your AI systems and optimize them continuously, so most issues get caught and resolved before you even notice them.
We test extensively before going live and monitor conversations continuously after launch. If the chatbot or phone bot gives inaccurate information, we catch it quickly through our monitoring system and update the AI's training immediately.
